RUSTIC LOG CABINS 
Eighteen rustic log cabins with air conditioning—sleep from four to six people. All have electricity, an outdoor grill and a picnic table. Water and restrooms are nearby. There is a two night minimum for advance reservations and three nights for holidays. No cooking. Need to bring all your linens and bedding.

OZARK COTTAGES 
Lake front—air conditioning, full bath, full kitchen, sleep 6, (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds). Includes outdoor grill & picnic table. Need to bring all your linens and bedding, towels, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware and plates. There is a two-night minimum for advance reservations and three nights for holidays.

BLUE RIDGE COTTAGE 
Lake Front—air conditioned, full bath, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sleep 8(1 with double bed, 1 with 1 double bunk & 1 single bunk). Includes outdoor grill & picnic table. Need to bring all your linens and bedding, towels, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware and plates. There is a two-night minimum for advance reservations and three nights for holidays.

WOODS LODGE
Extra-large kitchen, fireplace, 2 large bathrooms, attractive great room, air conditioned and heat. 3 bedrooms, (4 double bunks — 4 single bunks). Sleeps 12. Includes outdoor grill & picnic table. Outdoor fireplace. Need to bring all your linens and bedding, towels, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware and plates. There is a two-night minimum for advance reservations and three nights for holidays.

In Season: May 28 through September 6
Off Season: May 1 through May 27 and September 7 through October 31
Full Season: May 1 through October 31

SEASONALS

Seasonal Policy: For seasonal stay consideration, all RV campers must have a manufacturing date of 10 years or newer for admission into the campground.
Late Fees: Late Fees are assessed monthly.  A $75 late fee for any payment made after a three day grace period will be applied.  No exceptions.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.

We require payment in full at time of reservation for all reservations.

You must be at least 21 to make a reservation and stay at campground.

One (1) camping unit per campsite.

Base Rate includes up to two (2) adults and four (4) children age 17 and younger on all campsites and four (4) to six (6) persons depending on rentals.

Names of all guests must be given at time of reservation.

Additional guests (at time of reservation) are $6/each.

Day visitors are $8/day for both adults and children when registering at the office.

Overnight visitors are $12/night for both adults and children when registering at the office.

Children age three (3) and under are free.

All rental units are pet free.

Due to the large number of seasonal campers, Roundup Lake Campground will not call, mail, or email reminders of payment.

Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends require a three (3) night minimum to book.

POLICIES
GENERAL POLICY
  • All holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

  • All seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Specials / Offers cannot be combined with membership discounts of Good Sams or any other discount programs.

  • No picnic tables or fire rings are provided for primitive

  • No hookup camping.

  • No tenting on the big hill.

  • All activities and times are subject to change without notice.

RENTALS CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All reservations require payment in full upon booking your reservation.

  • Cancellation prior to (30) in advance days will be fully refunded

  • Cancellation less than (30) days in advance will incur a $15 fee for processing.

  • Cancellation (3) days or less in advance for RV sites will not be refunded but will be credited toward another
    stay within the same calendar year

  • Cancellation (7) days or less in advance for cabins will not be refunded but will be credited toward
    another stay within the same calendar year.

Check-In & Check-Out

To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.

Check-in time: Campsites at 2:00 p.m. and Cabins at 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for all.

All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.

Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.

Depending on the next reservation to your site, you may have to move locations if there is a reservation for your current site.
